Mineral Orders
The next order date for minerals will be Thursday, September 2. The check and order form must be received by 4:30 p.m. to the Orange Extension Office. The pickup will be Thursday, September 9, to one of the OMC stores (Orange, Madison, or Louisa). Please make your mineral check payable to OMC not CVCA.


CVCA Board Meeting
The next CVCA Board Meeting will be held Monday, September 20, at 7:00 p.m. at the Orange Extension Office.


CVCA Dues
Annual dues are $50 for all producers. Dues are paid for the calendar year and are not pro-rated. Only producer members in good standing can purchase supplies at CVCA discount prices, participate in CVCA sponsored sales, etc. For a copy of the membership form, please look under "Document Library" on this website.


Mineral Bid Has Been Awarded to Orange-Madison Co-op
The mineral order bid was awarded to Orange-Madison Co-op for the next six months (July - December) providing Young minerals. All the mineral mixes have remained unchanged and prices have changed slightly from the previous six months. Pickup of minerals will be at the three OMC stores. Mineral order procedures remain the same with checks and orders due on the Thursday (except for the months of November and December) one week before delivery. No exceptions will be granted. Please place all orders through CVCA and not directly to OMC. This is the agreement in order to get the reduced prices. A new mineral order form is listed under "Document Library" on this website.
